Every single order is characterized by standard processes.
· Choose your items and add them to the shopping cart.
· Proceed to checkout to enter your purchase details or ‘pay in one click’ by selecting one of the fast-checkout payment methods.
· If your payment is successful, you will immediately see the CONFIRMED ORDER page and your order number.
· You will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order with a summary of your purchase data, the products purchased and some information that may be useful to you.
· Your order will automatically be taken care of by our warehouse within 3-5 working days (if there are any issues with your order, you will be promptly contacted by our Customer Service).
· As soon as our courier (DHL Express) has picked up your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail.
· In this e-mail you will find your TRACKING NUMBER and a reference link that will enable you to follow the progress of your order directly on the courier's official website. Please note that the link will only be valid from 00:00 on the day following receipt of the e-mail.
· Alternatively, if you made your purchase as a registered user, you can track your order within the site in the MY ORDERS section by clicking directly on your Tracking Number.
ORDER STATUS
You can check the progress of your order directly on the site by accessing the MY ORDERS section. If the order is placed as a GUEST, i.e. without having first created an account on our site, all updates regarding the status of the order will be sent by e-mail to the address indicated at the time of purchase.
· Once confirmed and processed, orders cannot be changed. It is therefore not possible to request the replacement, removal or addition of one or more items after payment, or to change purchase and shipping details.
· You can request the CANCELLATION of your order by e-mail to our customer service only for orders not yet processed by our warehouse. Our customer service will confirm the cancellation of the order by e-mail once it has been ascertained that the order can be cancelled via our warehouse.
· Orders placed separately will be shipped separately and cannot be merged.
· If the validity of the payment cannot be verified by the issuing bank, the order may be rejected and cancelled at any time.
