SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping cost is calculated on the order according to the destination, the quantity of items in the shopping cart and the total weight of the goods ordered.
The shipping cost will be calculated and shown in the summary order before making the payment. By completing the payment, the customer agrees to bear these shipping costs.

Promotional campaigns relating to free shipping, if any, are shown on the site in a special banner and in the order summary before payment. These promotions, which only apply at certain times of the year and depending on the selected shipping country, are not retroactive or extend outside the period of validity of the promotion.
For countries outside the EU, administrative customs duty fees borne by the recipient may be applicated, which may vary at the discretion of the rules applied by the competent customs office in the country of dispatch. These fees are not handled by us and will then be calculated and invoiced directly by the Customs Offices of the country where the products ordered are shipped.

SHIPMENT

Products that are available in the warehouse will normally be dispatched in the shortest possible time and in any case, approximately:

·         in Italy, within 3 working days from receipt of payment.

·         in EU countries other than Italy and in other countries, within 5 working days of receipt of payment.

During the sales period or close to holidays, shipments may take longer.

Orders are processed automatically by our systems and it is not possible to change shipping or delivery times.

All purchases made on this site are shipped from Italy.

DELIVERY

As soon as your order is handed over from our warehouse to the courier for delivery, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation e-mail containing the tracking link and the shipment identification number. Using the tracking link on the courier's website, you can activate notifications to receive automatic updates on the status of your shipment.

If necessary, you can contact the courier company yourself to provide delivery instructions or agree on a delivery date. Your telephone number, entered during the purchase phase, will be useful to the courier in case he needs to contact you.

OUR SHIPPING COUNTRIES

We deliver worldwide, apart from countries where the DHL Express delivery service is not operating. You can check if your country is one of the countries eligible for delivery by checking the list in the SHIPPING COUNTRY section.

Our e-shop uses a geolocation system that automatically sets the country of consignment in the country from which you are browsing our site.

Before proceeding with your order and the choice of the items, please check the selection of your shipping destination, and if it is different from the one in which you wish to ship your items you can change it via the SHIPPING COUNTRY section.
