We would like to remind our customers that the company may request a third-party supplier, acting as an Autonomous Controller, to verify the transaction. Such verification may cause some delay in the shipment of the order.

TAXES AND INVOICES

If you wish to ship your order to a country within the European Union, the prices of each individual item already include VAT.

If you wish to ship your order to a non-EU country, the prices of each individual item do not include VAT. In this case, customs administrative fees may be applied, and these will be entirely at the recipient's expense. These fees are subject to the discretion of the customs authorities and are not managed by us. The customs duties will be invoiced directly by the Customs Authorities of the destination country.

If the customer wishes to request an invoice addressed to a VAT number or a private individual, it is necessary to enter the required tax details strictly before payment, by selecting the appropriate checkbox during checkout. It will not be possible to request an invoice after payment has been made. Please note: if you choose to use the "one-click payment" option and select a payment method that supports fast-checkout, it will not be possible to enter the tax details required for invoicing.

We are unable to modify any billing details entered at the time of the order or issue a new invoice retrospectively, as our system is fully automated.
